Where we work
across the Wide Bay.
We work out of Bundaberg at 82 George St and plan each week's runs by region, covering every town below. We'll confirm any details when you book, so the quoted price is what you pay.
Each town has its own page because the housing genuinely differs. A century-old Queenslander in Maryborough needs a different approach to a beachfront holiday let in Bargara, and a cane farm cottage outside Childers raises questions about what legally counts as a dwelling. Pick your town for the detail that applies to you.
The eight towns
Bundaberg
Head office · 82 George St
Character homes and pre-1990s wiring across Bundaberg South, Walkervale, Kalkie and Avenell Heights, plus the region's busiest rental market.
Hervey Bay
Serviced weekly
Holiday lets, a fast-moving retiree market and many interstate owners who need the job done and reported without being there.
Maryborough
Heritage homes a specialty
Timber Queenslanders and VJ-lined walls, where owners are often told they need cables run. Usually they don't.
Childers
30 minutes down the highway
Farm cottages and worker accommodation, where the first question is usually which buildings legally count as a dwelling.
Bargara & Coral Coast
Innes Park · Burnett Heads · Coral Cove
Salt-laden coastal air shortens the working life of alarm electronics, and holiday lets need checking between guests.
Gin Gin & North Burnett
Fast local bookings
Older switchboards, occasional off-grid and generator setups, and properties far from the nearest sparky.
Woodgate Beach
Built for absentee owners
Mostly holiday homes that sit empty for stretches, so a flat battery can chirp for weeks with nobody there to hear it.
Howard & Burrum Heads
On the Maryborough–Hervey Bay run
Older housing stock inland and low-occupancy coastal properties at the Heads, often in the same booking.

Common questions
What if my property isn't in one of these towns?
Call us on (07) 4159 1997. These eight pages cover the towns we visit most often, but our runs take in the smaller localities between them across the Wide Bay and North Burnett. If we can't help, we'll say so straight away rather than book you in.
Can you attend if I don't live at the property?
Yes, it's common for holiday homes and interstate owners. With access arranged through a key safe, agent, tenant or neighbour, we attend, service the alarms and email you the compliance report. You don't need to be there.
